Group and Individual Training

General Fitness Bootcamp
Ready to take your fitness to the next level? ATP Bootcamps offer a mix of strength training and cardio to get you ready to attack the day. This fitness class allows you to work out with friends or other athletes in a group setting and virtual. The class emphasizes functional strength and movements for life changing results.

Our goal is to prepare athletes to meet the demands of their sport and respond to challenges in and out of season. We understand the need to get athletes strong so that it improves their confidence but also helps them improve in other aspects of their life and their sport. Our team sports performance training will accommodate groups of 10 athletes.

Train 1 on 1 with a certified strength coach. Whether you are preparing for an upcoming season or just trying to lose a few extra pounds, your program will be specific to your individual needs. Each client undergoes a wellness questionnaire as well as movement screening.

Working on sport related movements, emphasis placed on knowing how to properly warm-up,speed and agility,plyometrics and goal specific programming. High School Athletes receive access to App that keeps track of program with option for nutrition integration. Velocity Based Training provides instant feedback related to speed, power and strength related exercises.
Building Champions on and off the mat

Our Summer Performance League is built for athletes who are serious about improving their game. Training runs Monday through Thursday during June and July, giving you consistent, structured work to maximize your offseason and show up next season faster, stronger, and more confident.
Each session focuses on speed, strength, agility, conditioning, and sport-specific performance, all led in a competitive, high-energy environment that pushes you beyond average.

Join us every Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 6:50 AM for a high-energy, results-driven group training experience designed specifically for men who are ready to level up. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve conditioning, lose weight, or sharpen your discipline, this class will push you to get there.
Each session combines functional strength training, conditioning, and accountability in a brotherhood atmosphere that challenges you to show up and give your best—no excuses.
